this design for very big family, such as father and their kid family on each floor, attric (8 ft h ) and basement had over 2500 sq ft, the internal had iron structure cost $ 35000 (blue print can prove) so house very solid, 2 big balcony, big car gararge can storage a lot, wide and long driveway suite big truck or long trailer. each floor had 2 of 3/4 layer of plywood so walk had little sound, pella window, different heat zone, close to good school (less than 5 mins walk), close to northern blvd. 3 minutes walk to all restaurnat, supermarket, bus etc. i plan to move here for my kid, but my kid didn't had a passion to study. if you buy a lot or house and find contractor to do, almost same cost as all went up and spend over 1 year. very quiet area and safe, too few traffic on road, so hugh basement, you can do so many purpose, home business office etc. this is practical house for big family, eachfloor had easy to set one more room and had a big dinning room,
