Upon vacating, Tenant shall remove all personal property, dispose of all trash, return all keys, and leave the premises clean and in good repair, normal wear and tear excepted. To receive a full refund of the security deposit, Tenant must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice of intent to vacate and leave the property in compliance with the move-out requirements above. The security deposit may be used to cover unpaid rent, late fees, cleaning costs, damages beyond normal wear and tear, removal of abandoned property, or any other amounts owed under this lease, as permitted by Florida law. Any remaining balance of the security deposit shall be returned in accordance with Florida law. No pets are permitted on the property at any time.
