Brand new subdivision adjacent got the Hilo Municipal Golf Course. Real Property Taxes based upon the square footage pro-rated. Individual lots have not been assessed. Road lot G is being dedicated to the County of Hawaii. Road Lot E is a private road. The sump on the lot was not draining properly. It was dug deeper and now works properly. We are waiting for the contractor to finish filling the hole with rocks.
