We are cleaning and repainting - House is now ready ( we still need to paint the deck outside but that is outside). - I prefer a credit ratings 650+ and /or a steady employment history. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Landlord responsible for Condo/HOA fee. Two year contract preferred. One month deposit plus one month rent due at lease signing. Small pets are ok. There are two parking spaces that come with the unit.
