Zillow for some reason is not allowing me to see the applications that have already been sent in, so this is being listed again in conjunction with the duplicate listing under a different Zillow account. 3 bedroom, 2 bath in quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes to downtown and UNR. Back yard suitable for dog. 2 car garage. Laundry hook ups, oven, microwave, and refrigerator supplied. AC and forced air heating, ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Comfortable house to live in. Close to freeway and shopping. Please contact via e-mail for questions. Tenant will pay for their own gas, electricity, internet, and cable service. Trash and sewer are paid by landlord. ATTENTION The Zillow application process is not very reliable and does not provide complete information.
