We frown on sleeping on a couch, however, we may consider someone with a sofa bed in the living room. You must be clean. We do an annual inspection of all properties. We can provide a refrigerator and/or washer/dryer for additional monthly fee. We do not allow pets . We may make an exception for a service animal, however, depending on the circumstance, a $600 refundable deposit would be required to have a service animal and we would need copies of ALL documents proving that it is a trained service animal. We are VERY strict on this and many get denied.
