    This is an incredible, all electric, two story home which contains 1,950 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and a cozy fireplace. The home has a wood deck and sits on a nice piece of property in a great neighborhood on a quiet street. We always install tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, laminated flooring throughout, central HVAC, plumbing and electric, and include all appliances. Finally, we are one of the few companies that do not charge an application fee. Our entire rental process is free - if you don't rent from us you pay nothing! Our mission is to provide long term affordable homes for families. We are Valor Homes 100 LLC and we will be the best landlord you ever had! PLEASE REVIEW OUR QUALIFICATIONS FIRST BEFORE APPLYING: 1. No evictions or eviction filings in the past five years 2. 550 credit score for all tenants on the lease 3. Must provide ID, 2 months' worth of pay stubs and 2 months bank statements 4. Must provide valid social security number 5. Not in active bankruptcy/No felonies 6. MONTHLY EARNINGS REQUIREMENTS: Need to earn $4800 gross per month to qualify The Valor Homes ("VH") rental process is as follows: 1. A free application is submitted by the prospective tenant. 2. A viewing of the property is arranged for the prospective tenant. 3. After the viewing, if the prospective tenant wants to move forward, then the prospective tenant submits ID and proof of income along with $50 (we accept Zelle) 4. Once step 3 is completed by the prospective tenant, VH will verify the data and should have final approval within 3 business days, but usually much sooner. VH will then communicate whether the application is approved or denied, and the reasons why it would be denied. 4.a. If the prospective tenant was honest on the application and decides not to rent with VH, then VH will return the deposit of $50. 4.b. If the prospective tenant decides to rent with VH, VH will credit the $50 toward what is owed to move in. 5. Once final approval is communicated to a prospective tenant, the prospective tenant should deposit one month's security deposit to reserve the property. The first approved prospective tenant that puts in the security deposit will be able to reserve the property. 6. Please note: The equivalent of two month's rent is required to move in one month security deposit and one month rent. Please see our website for further details.
