This is an incredible, all electric, two story home which contains 1,950 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and a cozy fireplace. MONTHLY EARNINGS REQUIREMENTS: Need to earn $4800 gross per month to qualify The Valor Homes ("VH") rental process is as follows: 1. A free application is submitted by the prospective tenant. 2. A viewing of the property is arranged for the prospective tenant. 3. After the viewing, if the prospective tenant wants to move forward, then the prospective tenant submits ID and proof of income along with $50 (we accept Zelle) 4. Once step 3 is completed by the prospective tenant, VH will verify the data and should have final approval within 3 business days, but usually much sooner. VH will then communicate whether the application is approved or denied, and the reasons why it would be denied. 4.a. If the prospective tenant was honest on the application and decides not to rent with VH, then VH will return the deposit of $50. 4.b. If the prospective tenant decides to rent with VH, VH will credit the $50 toward what is owed to move in. 5. Once final approval is communicated to a prospective tenant, the prospective tenant should deposit one month's security deposit to reserve the property. The first approved prospective tenant that puts in the security deposit will be able to reserve the property. 6.
