There is a front yard and front porch. The back yard is really large and fenced in. There is a nice flagstone patio for entertaining and BBQs. Tenants are responsible for yard and outdoor maintenance. There are 3 parking spaces out back and also a one car garage. There is also a large storage shed in the back yard. Very quiet street with excellent neighbors. I would like to find someone who would rent my home that will treat it like their own, very respectful. No undergrads or partiers. No smoking in the home.
