All utilities, lawn maintenance and pool / hot tub maintenance will need to be discussed. This is for temporary housing, No locals, no establishing residency. Application, lease, ID required. Damage deposit, pet fee and cleaning fee will be added.

Any pet(s) will have to be approved, and an extra fee or deposit may be required.
Must have excellent credit, proof of income, no-low criminal background and rental references.
This is a vacation rental and will only be available monthly until March 1.
