• This is a non-smoking apartment and one small dog can be accepted with a signed pet agreement. Parking for this unit is on street and there are ample spaces to accommodate your car. I require a one year lease, but can do a shorter term with a 10% increase in monthly rental rate. If there any maintenance problems within the unit you would need to contact me to inform me of that issue and I will respond to resolve the problem ASAP. Great location with a quiet, residential street and a nice park like setting across the street. Walk to Mt Adams business district or to all downtown events, Reds, Bengals, Oktoberfest and Broadway at the Aronoff. Also a dog park is within walking distance if you have a pet or The Casino if you are so inclined is also close. Travel is convenient as Baum Street is just minutes from I-71, I-75 and I-471. The apartment is a second floor unit with a city view which provides a free view of Reds Friday Night Fireworks and the WEBN Fireworks on Labor Day. Rent includes Heat,AC, water, sewer, trash and electric. There is onsite laundry with coin operated washer and dryer. Bathroom was recently renovated.
