The back deck and lawn get all the morning sun for a breakfast al fresco whereas the front porch is perfect for sitting in the glider with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset and neighbors strolling by. You can walk to the Boardwalk, Seabright Beach, downtown and midtown, live music venues and all sorts of fabulous restaurants, taquerias, Italian, Chinese, Pizza, Breweries, Sushi...The Buttery and Shopper's Corner are the two iconic neighborhood gems that are just around the corner. We currently live in London, so with the time zone differences there may be delays in communicating and setting up tours. We pay for the landlord insurance and a gardener. You must provide internet/wifi or we can set that up as well and charge a monthly fee. No smoking or loud parties are allowed. There is also a gated driveway should you need off street parking.
