There is a high-efficiency, geothermal HVAC to save money on your utilities. The house is all-electric, so there is no gas bill. The owner pays the water bill. So, the electric is the only basic utility bill ! The back porch includes a washer/dryer. It is an older (1950s) house, and there are some things that reflect that. For example, the sheet rock has some cracks in it. The bathtub is an old tub and looks okay but it's obviously not new! But overall, the house has been well-maintained.
