The apartment is spacious and cozy! - 1 LARGE bedroom (fits 3 twin beds but bunk beds could be added to accommodate other tenants comfortably) - 1 Living Room - 1 Dining Room (can be converted into bedroom) - 1 Bathroom (shower and bathtub) - 2 Closets( one of which is a large walk in closet) - Kitchen (includes a new refrigerator, stove top, and oven) - Hardwood floors and faux fireplace) - Water included - 2 Parking Spaces included (tandem) - Main entrance on Glenrock but our back door conveniently leads to Landfair! - Furniture not included Really large apartment at a perfect location. 3 tenants currently reside in the apartment but you could easily add 1-2 people to pay around $480-$600 each. We will prorate the first month's rate.
