Our Kensington Townhome property is located in Demorest, Georgia right behind our CD II Properties, LLC office. Kensington is within 10 minutes to staple stores for grocery and pharmacy needs, shopping, restaurants, doctors offices, schools, and most notably Habersham Medical Center and Piedmont University in Cornelia and Clarkesville. All of our units are first come and first serve, so if you are interested come by our office to pick up an application or we can email it to you. Deposit is $1000. Townhome is pet friendly. Pet fees would be $500 nonrefundable pet fee for one pet, $750 for two. In addition to monthly rent, there would be a $50 fee for one, $75 for two. Tenant responsible for all utilities. 3 year lease with option to terminate at 6 month intervals (prior written notice required 60 days prior to 6th month end date)
