Previous owners were obviously hoarders. This house was a massive dump. But we are not afraid of the ever popular fixer upper. 1800+ sf of new laminate flooring. Back deck redone. Turned it into a 6 bedroom house by remodeling one of the original 3 living rooms to be a master. And my favorite so far, We just installed SOLAR! ya. and what?! We will be continuing with the remodel for at least a solid year. By the time we are done we will have turned this neighborhood eye sore into a dream home!
