This home is in fair shape I have recently purchased and have started to remodel the home to a more modern style. It is an old house with newer wire, breaker box, and new outlet all throughout the home. I have started on putting a tin roof up from shingles. The roof did have some leaking but was repaired cleaned and spayed for mold and mildew and things of that nature. It has 3 active chimney's that we are currently using until a heating and cooling system is installed. This home has plenty of rooms and space. Also 2 of the beds have full walk in closets with racks and shelves. The kitchen, dinning room and living room has plenty of space as well.
