There is a smart TV located in the living room which also comes with the condo. One parking spot is included and plenty of free street parking is available. All furniture that is in the pictures will be included unless mentioned otherwise on the photo. A few rules. Absolutely no smoking inside. And unfortunately, the HOA does not allow renters to have pets, so no animals are allowed. All provided furniture must stay within the condo. No subleasing/subletting allowed - if we find that you are renting out this property to others, we will pursue this matter in court. The lease is for 12 months. (5/15/25-5/15/26) Rent is $1,700 includes internet and water. Tenant is responsible for electric. Rental application is through MySmartMove. We will accept a reusable tenant screening report as long as it includes all required information.
