About the upstairs bedroom1: It's a medium-size room with a king-size bed, fully furnished with a small closet, bedside tables and lamps. Cutely decorated. It's on the top level. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a tub on the same level. About the upstairs bedroom2: It's a large room, fully furnished with a large closet, a dresser, and a bunk bed (queen size on the bottom, and single bed on top). There is a full bathroom with a shower and a tub on the same level. About the downstairs bedroom: It's a large room, fully furnished with a large closet, dressers and bedside lamps, and a king-size bed. The room is beautifully lit with natural light. There is a full bathroom with a shower on the same level. About the house: It is a split-level house with plenty of sunlight throughout and beautifully decorated. The top level of the house has a very large living room with a huge L-couch that pulls out to a queen size bed. The bottom level has a family room with a cozy couch and comfy pillow seating with a large smart TV. The kitchen and laundry are both on the bottom level. The kitchen has cookware, dishes, coffee maker, blender, fridge, and an electric stove and full-size oven. There is a fireplace on each level. The backyard is accessible from the kitchen as well as by walking outside and around the house. I have a backyard grill along with pretty patio furniture, cornholes, etc., you can enjoy in the summer :). There is no additional storage as the garage will be inaccessible to the tenants. About the area: The house is nested at the foothills of the Green Mountain and there are trails that you can walk from the house to the mountain if you love to hike. There are 2-3 grocery stores, including King Soopers and Safeway, within 5 min drive/bike. St. Anthony Hospital is 6 min drive away, so easy commute if you work there and/or needed an ER from having too much fun :). Red Rocks Community College is 7-min drive. The Colorado School of Mines is 14-min drive. There are multiple breweries in the area. My favorite is Green Mountain Beer Company, which is 13-min drive away and has a chill outdoor patio for you to enjoy the summer and your beverages. The closest train station is Federal Center Station, which is 9-min bike away. Or drive there and park for free. It goes to downtown and all the way to the airport. Pretty convenient. Denver is 20-min drive. And, importantly, easy access to I-70. A-Basin, Keystone, etc. ski resorts and hiking trails are a bit over 1 hour drive away. About me: I have been a landlady for about 10 years now. I am very responsive to email, text, calls, and pretty handy so I have a fair knowledge of why things are not functioning. And I also have handyman's number ready to do repairs.
