Nestled between the Carolina Beach lake and the Atlantic, we watch Stunning sunrises and sunsets from our porches.  And, there is nothing like an evening light show over the ocean (the lightning storms over the Gulf Stream that lights up the ocean as far as you can see).From May to September we watch the fireworks from the comfort of our porch, and the Carolina Beach Farmers Market and Sunday movie are directly across the street. The ocean is less than 200 steps from our door.  Often at low tide you can see the sunken Blockade Runner, The General Beauregard, which ran aground in 1863.Furnished condo is 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a private bath, a walk in closet, and sliding doors that open to the ocean facing porch.  The second bedroom has a private entrance to the second bath, a walk in closet, and sliding doors opening to the back deck which connects to a 20 sqft locking closet.From the back deck you see the pool directly below and have a great view of the lake, and Lake Park Blvd toward the downtown area.Kitchen and Dining rooms are separated by the peninsula and counter stools. There is a 24 inch pantry closet next to fridge with roll-outs on each shelf.  Dining and Living rooms are openly connected.  We painted a chalkboard on the utility closet which gives our guests an opportunity to share their beachy artistry with us. There is a storage closet in the garage area for beach chairs, fishing equipment, boogie boards, etc... The 252 sqft front porch is open on two sides which allows for wonderful ocean breezes all year long.  Throughout the year, we love sitting in the porch swing watching the ocean, seeing dolphins, surfers, paddle boarders, and one of our favorites - pelicans diving into the water!The unit is on the end, on the North side of the building so it receives a lot of light and wonderful cross breezes.  There are lighted ceiling fans in both bedrooms and over the dining table.  It's an easy walk to newly updated Carolina Beach boardwalk by beach or by the street.We have one of the best parking spaces of our building; 2 large vehicles or 3 smaller vehicles easily fit. There are two Visitor spaces on the lake side of the building.  All varieties of Shopping, Night Life, and some of the best restaurants around are in easy walking distance after a great day on the beach!There is a bike rack in the garage area.If you like to drive on the beach, Freeman Park (the North End) and Fort Fisher Park are each a short drive from the condo.The Aquarium and Fort Fisher are closeby and are wonderful places to visit.  Southport is a nice little ferry ride for a day trip.Our listing price is negotiable, but we will not consider owner financing.
