Grundy-Kehoe House is a Greek Revival Mansion that sits on a hill overlooking the Ohio River one miles west of downtown Maysville, KY. It was built in 1847 by the Rev. R.C. Grundy, who was married to Sarah January(daughter of Maysville industrialist A.M. January). The house has been under restoration over the past 10 years in plans to be opened as a B&B; however more TLC is still needed.
