All the apartments at this place is roach infested and mold infested he does not take care of the apartments and he will not fix anything and he will change frice of rent and the walls are separated from floor and they don't clean apartments before u move in and this place has bed bugs and drug addicts and the landlord will say u got to pay rent twice in one month and the pics that are shown are from 4 yrs ago that's how he got me when he posted apartment and went inside and it was totally nasty there was gallons of pop in the bathtub and the toliet that we had to clean put and when I told him my girl was pregnant and can not be breathing in the mold he just laughed about it dean dresel and Jody dresel are the biggest slum lords don't make mistake I did n rent this garbage
