The home is 5 years old , and includes refrigerator, washer and dryer. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. With this room the bathroom would be shared with another female. The rent for the room is $867.00 plus $867.00 security deposit and roughly $100 for utilities each month. The owners of the home pay the water and sewer and gardener. Tenants will split gas, electricity, and the internet. (Every 6 months costs are split for the water filter for the refrigerator.) There are currently two single females who live in the home with no pets. We are looking for a single female. Dogs and Cats are not possible because of allergies. There is no space for children. We are a Christian faith based home, so we typically keep things pretty positive and relaxed. The environment here isn't conducive for large parties, or smoking in the house. Small relaxed gatherings are fine. We are really looking for a female who is responsible and a good communicator. Overall, we do like to keep the house clean.
