My wife and I are currently leasing this apartment but will be moving do to work. To keep from breaking the lease, we are looking for two other people to sign over the lease to. Also, the furniture we have is less than 6 months old and we are willing to sell it to the next resident. We do not have pets and are rarely home so the furniture is in brand new condition. Our lease is up in July, at which point you can renew if you'd like. Our current rent is about $1100 under the usual rent for this 3rd floor, high ceiling, 1300sqft apartment. We have already paid a $300 security deposit so if you decide to move out at the end of the lease, that $300 will be given to you instead of returned to us.
