Great neighbors most of whom have owned their homes for 20+ years. Kids are in the neighborhood and a school bus stop is a block or two away. Great grassy area for kids or dogs and old tennis courts have just been resurfaced and a multi sport court added (2008). HOA is inexpensive, very well run, and non-invasive. This neighborhood is in one of the best locations in the Phoenix metro area. We are close to everything and highways are easily accessible. We have lived in other areas and have friends who live in other areas, I could not live anywhere else!
