Room 1: This bedroom is 120 square feet, comes with a private bathroom, and is priced at $930/month. Room 2: Located on the top level, this 110-square-foot bedroom shares a bathroom with 2 other housemates. Rent is $820/month. The house is located a 9-minute walk from the Deanwood metro station, and there is plenty of street parking for those who drive. The house features laundry facilities, private yard space, a large kitchen, dining space, and a living room. Cats are allowed, but dogs aren't, per the landlord's rules. Utilities are split evenly amongst the roommates and usually range from $35-$65. The ideal roommate is clean, responsible, and has good energy.
