A $100 utility charge includes reliable high-speed internet and all utilities (including central air conditioning, heat, hot water, and electricity), so the total monthly rent is $975 for each bedroom. The first floor porch, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, powder room, and rear deck are all shared, as is the basement laundry room and storage area. The house was designed with sustainability in mind, is well-insulated and comfortable, with efficient high-end appliances. The house is sunny and modern with hardwood floors throughout and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Although furnished, if you have bedroom furniture we can remove and store the existing furniture.
