Huge 1br for SUBLET on July 1st to August 30th with option to renew. I've loved living here and the building management (Gerber) has been a good experience, but I bought a place so I need to move before the end of my lease. The apartment is right between Uptown and Andersonville and just a couple blocks from all of the delicious food on Argyle, such a good location. The apartment gets lots of natural light during all parts of the day, especially in the sunroom (west facing) and back deck (east facing). There is central heat and they may be adding central AC eventually, but in the meantime, I may have a window unit or two for sale once I figure out my new place's needs. There is coin/app laundry in the basement. Street parking isn't too bad outside of prime Andersonville dining hours. Happy to answer and questions, set up tours, etc! I will be updating the post with more details about the sublease as I find them out from the management company.
