The living room is furnished with two comfy custom love seats, a cozy electric fireplace, a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a sweet bistro table with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. A 9' wide multi-panel sliding door off of the living room offers the best in indoor/outdoor living as a gateway to a large private patio with dining table and gas grill. Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and basic spices. All utilities are included: Electric, gas, water, A/C, and super high speed internet (300 Megabyte). A washer/dryer is in the garage. Laundry detergent is provided. Free parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle in the shared garage. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking.
