There are 3 Lots (6,7&8) there is a house that sits on the land that needs torn down. The floors are falling into the basement it is unsafe. We have not had the time to do it ourselves. Their was a new septic system installed on the property it runs to the side of the house, it has never been hooked up. Our plan was to have the house torn down and put a modular home on the land. But now it's just hard to find the time to even make it over there to mow.
