Featuring a queen bed in the bedroom with an adjustable frame, there is also a pack n play and a convertible sleeper sofa that turns into two twins, bringing the max capacity to 5 with 1 infant. Perfect for snowbirds, this beachside getaway is ready for you. Enjoy quick access to public amenities like a playground and water-featured gymnasium. Walking distance to local music, bars, and restaurants, St. Pete Beach has everything to offer. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out at $25 per hour. Just 1000 steps to the beach, everything awaits your arrival. A 30-day minimum rental is required. The minimum rental age is 21 years old. Check-in time is 4:00 pm EST and check-out is 10:00 am EST. Current HOA restriction for no pets, but check back soon as we hope to be able to host them soon. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
