Tecumseh Schools are known in the area for their superior school system and safe neighborhoods. The Current renter has been there for 8 years and is looking for a home now. My goal is to allow Joe, the renter to find a house, get a mortgage than have a smooth transition into a new renter or i might consider selling the home. Joe was a excellent renter, kept up the house, painted the home and did repairs and improvements- and I will not consider selling or renting the home until he finds a new home just to make a few extra bucks, so there will be no early move in dates. I am thinking he will be all settled by May 31st, this could be sooner or later. I do not know for sure.
