    15 unit apartment building plus SFH next door. 13 units that consist of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom - market rent $650 2 units that consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom - market rent $700+ Water/trash paid by owner which averages $40 per unit, per month 4 units are currently occupied by inherited tenants at $450/month.
