We did have a Zillow make-me-move ad some time ago, just to see what would happen, and we left it up while we continued making improvements. We have only been advertising elsewhere and showing our home since early summer 2020. We bought this house as a foreclosure in 2011. (The last sold information below is not correct.) When we took ownership of the house it was in very rough shape. A lot has changed since then. We have made many improvements: new roof, wood stove insert, and rearrangement of floor plan allowing for a third bedroom and completely separate kitchen with small dining area. Last year, we updated the kitchen with new countertops, sink, and stove. This year, we put in new flooring (only the walk-in basement flooring is left to do). The exterior needs a fresh coat of paint which we hope to work on this fall if we don't sell. Though it needs someone with a "green thumb," the yard is good sized. It is partially fenced and backs up to woods for added privacy. The house is located just blocks off the Branson 76 strip in a quiet cul-de-sac that is just downhill from several very nice homes.
