The unit has beautiful laminate floors and a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops. The living room is huge and has a great view of the strip at night. All utilities included. Electricity is included up to $500 on the power bill. Anything over that the tenant is liable for. We are looking for 650 credit, $5k income and no less than 2 landlord references (or homeownership).
