The lustrous hardwood floors are bathed in golden light every afternoon, suffusing the entire apartment with a warm, soft light that gives everything a picturesque, glow-from-within quality. Speaking of flooring, that brings us to the finishes! Opulent traditional finishes abound in this top-floor loft. Granite countertops, ample storage in wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink make the kitchen a home cook's dream. From the elegant pendant lights and tiled shower-tub to the concealed high-efficiency laundry unit and roller shades, everything about this unit hints at lofty luxury. The other main component of this unit is its location: Market Square. The Arnstein overlooks the most vibrant, bustling area of Downtown Knoxville. It is a social, cultural, and professional epicenter filled with great restaurants and terrific shops. Some nights you can catch live music and feature films being played on the Square. On Saturdays, you can walk out your front door to the Farmer's Market! It showcases some of the area's finest local vendors, making it a breeze to shop local, eat organic, and see the best of Knoxville all in one stop! As with most of our properties, your rent will include water, sewer, and trash. In addition to all of that, we have an incredible maintenance team who pride themselves on being fast, efficient, clean, and effective. They generally resolve issues the same day they're notified, usually within a few hours. They combine routine, preventive maintenance with quick, responsive action to ensure our tenants live stress-free in our apartments. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash.
