The studio is behind my home in Solana Beach and has a separate entrance. It has been freshly painted and decorated. It is a 10-minute walk downhill to the Beach, Train station, and all the coffee shops and restaurants on Cedros in Solana Beach. The studio also has a queen bed, Roku TV, microwave, mini fridge, and a full bath. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included. This is a very quiet neighborhood, so I need a quiet tenant. My large dog may bark when you enter or leave the studio, but she is behind a fence. The owner will pay for utilities. No pets, please. Wi-Fi is included in your rent as well. However, it is on an extender, so if you need a powerful signal, you may need to get your own. The lease is available until June 1, 2025. Access is from the street, and the path to the studio is over slate tiles.
