EMPLOYMENT & INCOME REQUIREMENTS: Applicant(s) must provide proof of employment and a combined income of at least two times the monthly rent. RENTER'S INSURANCE: Applicants must have renter's insurance before occupying the premises. CREDIT HISTORY: Your credit must reflect that all accounts are current. CRIMINAL HISTORY: Your application may be rejected if you have been convicted in the last 5 years of any crime against person or property that would present a threat to the owners or neighbors, or the rental property.
