We LOVE this place but are leaving Chicago, so this unit will become available on January 3rd. As you can see, we're pricing it aggressively to rent it within the next several days. 1509 is a corner unit with wraparound views in the living room, so you can see North, East, and South. The 09 units are definitely the best place within Lake Point Tower to view a sunrise in the morning or fireworks in the evening. We are told that 09 corner units do not come available very often for rent. The views are incredible here, and if you like seeing the lake, this is as good as it gets. We are the only building east of Lake Shore Drive, so you do not have any buildings blocking your view, and there is never a reason to even close your blinds. The amenities are what really set this building apart, though. For 9 months out of the year, my wife and I go outside early in the morning every morning to meditate in our private park near the duck pond. The grounds crew does a great job with the grass and the flowers. I do not know anywhere else downtown where we could have such peace and quiet. This is an excellent unit and thanks to it being in Lake Point Tower, it has the following perks: - Free fast internet and HD Cable TV included in the rent. - Re-modeled lounge/library in 2016 - Re-modeled business center, study area, and conference room in 2016 - Indoor pool and Jacuzzi - Outdoor pool - Full gym, dance studio, sauna, and racquetball court - 2.5 acre private park that includes a duck pond and grilling area We also have a parking spot in our indoor heated garage at an extremely good price if you are interested in that as well. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are interested, as we would like to get this rented quickly.
