This home is a 10 minute bike ride from north campus (it's about 25 min walking), perfect for students and new faculty looking to make their days a bit easier without worrying about parking/buses. Downtown is an 8 min bike ride/20 min walk away for numerous bars and restaurants. This neighborhood is just around the corner from Cypress & Grove Brewery for a drink, Afternoon for brunch, and a few yoga studios (and twice a month there is a great Thai food truck that sets up within walking distance that I love).
