One large one for lounging, and one good for storage (bikes, equipment, etc). - New Building! Building is only 2 years old. We're the second tenant in the unit. - Amenities! Elevator, gym, rec center, furnished rooftop, doorman, washer/dryer, bike storage, parking - The actual apartment! Incredibly bright, all new appliances and furnishings (doors, windows, etc). *Large* walk-in closet. Super quiet construction (concrete). - The neighborhood! We've lived here for several years and couldn't ask for a better location. Near Prospect Park, BK Museum & Library, transportation (A/C/4/5/2/3/B), and all that Franklin St has to offer (restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes).
