Our home has been very beneficial to us in many ways. For one, it’s zoned as R5, so I’m able to run a business in the store front facing the main st. It’s so convenient to be at work and home at the same time. We bought the house “as is” and have continued to improve and upgrade the entire building, yard, electrical, kitchen, shower ( it didn’t have one ) , new appliances, new water heater, and new HVAC system installed in 2020. Close to historic downtown, the library, amenities, the river walk, parks, community college, Co. State University-Pueblo, primary schools, high schools, the reservoir, state fairgrounds, and many more, easily accessible in minutes. A friendly neighborhood, to take daily walks with family and your pets. Pueblo is diverse in culture, is more affordable than most cities in Co. Yet offers so much...art, music, and many other special events like our annual Chile and Frijole Festival, the State fair, Memorial Hall, where big name artists come to perform.
