Home is available partially furnished with a new California King size bed, a couch, and a gas BBQ grill on the balcony; open to discussion on what else you may wish for us to leave/take. We'll also provide A/C units for each room for the summer months. We love this place: the combination of views and location at this price point really is hard to beat. The apartment has forced air heating (climate controlled by room), washer/dryer in unit, a large storage area off the kitchen, and access to an extra storage unit in the basement. Elevator access to the 4th floor. If we were staying (two young kids) we would redo the floors and kitchen; hard to find these views and space in a condo anywhere else in the city.
