Located about 30 feet from the water at the Kuhio Shores building. Open to a view of the blue, Pacific on the fourth floor at Poipu Beach relaxing at our condo is the best. From our lanai, kitchen, dining and living rooms we watch turtles playing in the surf. The Kuhio Shores building is most unique as it is one of the only condo buildings on the water's edge. Our lovely, fourth floor condo has incredible vistas and been remodeled. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are open concept living. Guests truly feels like they are immersed in "paradise" relaxing at our beach condo. In addition to being remodeled, we have added two, AC units to the condo. Our one bedroom condo is being sold completely furnished with all accessories, including furniture, appliances, bedding, and accessories as well as assorted swim equipment. Our condo actually has two queen beds.( One queen bed in bedroom and second queen, "Murphy bed" hidden in a closet in the front room.) Being that we have used the condo for ourselves and a "vacation rental" we have solid bookings as it is a much desired location on Kauai. In addition, the condo is listed on www.kuhioshores.net, www.flipkey.com and www. oceanfront.com. (The approximate size of condo listed and not sure if the lanai is included. ) There are no garages on site there is adequate free parking spaces for owners and guests. There are washer/dryers on each floor. There are 75 units in the building. Kuhio Shores is a great building with two elevators, three stairways and outside showers..
