    Fantastic 5 bedroom house close to LSU! Walk or bike to campus! Great neighborhood of established homes. Home has been partially renovated and has very large bedrooms and tons of closet space. New appliances and fixtures, fresh paint, new AC, and new flooring, new attic insulation. Home has a private courtyard and a 2 car garage. Home is split. There are 5 bedrooms total, but 2 of the bedrooms are in a separate suite, which could easily be rented to college students or used as a mother in law suite. Home is partially renovated but could also easily be a flip home with additional renovations. There are still some repairs needed. There is a pool that can either be filled in or repaired. Pool company quote for repair of the pool was around 5k, and the same to have it filled. The roof will need to be replaced in the near future (no active leaks, just reaching the end of it's useful life). There are also some rotten boards on the exterior which will eventually need to be changed. The price of this home at 290k is firm and AS IS. Sellers will make not make these repairs at this price.
