The Roommates, currently all trans women: Roomie A: "I live in the basement with my two sweet kitties. 30 year old woman, acupuncture student and electronic musician. Tend to keep to myself mostly but hang out in the common space / use the main kitchen occasionally. would be happy to share food or do some gardening with roomies. value open and direct communication." Roomie B: "I'm 34, work Saturday through Tuesday, enjoying reading and podcasts. Values time alone but happy to socialize." The Neighborhood: Location, location, location! We're one minute from all the fabulousness of Alberta Street, so we have amazing coffee, killer art galleries, and fantastic food and drinks are just a couple blocks away. The 17 bus stops right outside our door. Easy walk to New Seasons, the Kennedy School, and Alberta Park. Quick 12-minute zip downtown, or an awesome bike ride if that's your speed. This neighborhood is the best! The Plot: Fenced-in, with a stunning stone patio that's got you covered (literally there's a roof). Perfect for summer hangouts and BBQ season. The front yard is super cute with tons of plants. If you're into gardening, you're going to LOVE all the possibilities here. Good landlord who takes care of the place. Easy street parking. Who we're hoping to find: Someone financially stable!
