Furnished with murphy bed with mattress, bed frame, a desk, chair and some cooking appliances and refrigerator. Great storage, access to washer/dryer for laundry (in the garage) and backyard patio space. We are laid back, respectful and friendly. We appreciate open communication and we're accommodating - need a cup of sugar? No problem. We occasionally like to host small gatherings and will invite you (if you're into it). We're in Woodland Hills close to The Village, Topanga Mall, many grocery stores (Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Whole foods), Calabasas, restaurants Pierce College, Northridge. It is on a beautiful quiet tree lined street and the neighbors are very friendly. The unit is about 450 sqft plus the bathroom (pic) and plus the kitchenette. Asking $1800/month including utilities - water, trash, gas, electricity, internet. Flexible terms. Ideally looking for a long term tenant. Can do month to month.
