Unit has included appliances (Microwave, stove, oven, fridge, clothes dryer and washer - (No dishwasher currently)). Tenants will have access to garden area and entire yard. Unit does not come furnished with furniture, only listed appliances. Yard will be taken care of by property owner. Owner pays for all utilities. Gaming computers will add an additional $25 for extra electricity used. Pets must be house trained and get along with other animals. Wifi will be 2.4 ghz. Tenant able to get own wifi if they would like but will be paid for by tenant. No smoking/vaping/illegal drug use on property. Parties must be preapproved by owner/management. Pets will add an additional $50 per pet per month. Pets will also cause tenant to give up an additional $500 security deposit for deep cleaning of unit. Rent due at beginning of month. Security deposit due at time of signing. Looking for an initial 6 month lease, but can extend lease smoothly as long as tenant is a good tenant.
