I like to surf, go out to bars, and travel. I'm welcoming, positive, and kind. This would be taking over a sublease for the remaining 9 months on the lease 9/1-5/31. Some things I'm looking for in a Roomate: Someone who works in-person. Someone who likes to be social and is okay with having friends over. Someone who is clean and tidy. Walking distance to the beach and 1 mile from the bars in PB. The house will come mostly furnished but your room will not be. All of the art, surfboards, and personal items in the common areas will be taken by my current roommate before you move in. It will be a blank slate to redecorate! PLEASE READ: My current Roomate has recently had a family emergency that he needs to move back home until that's gets settled. If everything goes to plan, he will be moving back into the room 6/1/2025. There is a possibility that he doesn't move back. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom. Must have a credit score of 650 and an income of $3,125. Total rent is $2,392 your share is $1,275. This includes water, gas, electric, trash, and WiFi(this is a unique situation where all the utilities in the complex are connected so we don't receive a bill for them).
