What we love about Teal Waves. This is one of the most spacious apartment units we have in our extensive deck of properties. The living room goes on forever with plenty of space if you needed to work at home. Both bedrooms are simply huge, one we have a king bed and you could easily add a pair of bunk beds in addition to the king it's so large! Our guests letting this unit often have done some stay at home office work. Most of our nicest two bedroom units typically have one bathroom, but Teal Waves has an extra half bath off the master bedroom. Fun vibrant space, located on the second floor. Easy steps and free laundry, cable, wifi, utilities and parking. Teel Waves at Ritchie's Apple Place has just undergone an upgrade! Kitchen cabinets have been refinished with a lovely modern granite countertop, stainless stove and large stainless new big family sized fridge with ice maker. The huge master bedroom's bathroom also received a granite vanity top. This is an abundant space for a single person or family to enjoy with over 1000 square feet and a very large living area with fireplace. Located securely on the second floor and at the end of the cul-de-sac, it has a feeling of extra safety and security. We also have updated locks to code locks with biometrics and are adding additional outside of unit (main hallway and parking lot) security cameras. This is a great home away from home with everything you need and plenty of space. Utilities are included for stays 6 months or longer.
