Freshly redone apartment. Fresh paint in every room new carpet throughout apartment, new kitchen and bathroom floors. New vanity in bathroom. New toilet. New stove new refrigerator. Quiet house with long stayed tenants that this is their home. Respectfully courtesy friendly. Off street parking. Owner pays water there is radiator heat. Electric is all the tenant pays. Garbage is included. This is a home to the three other tenants who have all lived in the home for a long time. Anyone who wants to rent must be courteous to other tenants. There is no thought I will ask any one of those tenants to leave because of a new tenant having issues with them. This is their home. Absolutely no smoking in the house at all in an apartment stairway or inside period. Immediately if even the smell of smoke comes from the apartment you will be out. You will be required to sign a month to month lease agreement that states this. Any other reasons you are asked to leave are the property manager choice. Which means if you make me evict you. You will loose immediately. This agreement supersedes all other things. Absolutely no pets or service animals allowed ever. parking in the front of house. There is a requirement that during the winter you are required to move your vehicle whenever the plow man is there to plow. Again this is not optional. You will be asked to leave if you cannot follow these conditions. Rent is 800 dollars per month that must be paid by the 5th of each month or there is a 25 dollar late fee added to the month's rent.
